"NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order in October 2010 and NEVER received my glasses. Despite promises that they had been sent and the eventually re-sent, they never arrived. The owner was rude and rarely replied to my emails. He never once offered an apology for the inconvenience he caused me which resulted in me waiting for 3 months before re-ordering through another company as he had assured me he had sent me a new pair and I didn't want to end up paying for 2 pairs. He was uncooperative and had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. He ignored my phone messages (I rang from Australia) and refused to send my glasses via FedEx or UPS registered post. His website offers worldwide delivery for US $10 but DON"T BE FOOLED! I have made several formal complaints about this company to the Fair Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau in the USA.
My advice to you is only ever order from a company that sends products via registered post or courier so that you can track your order. "
