Express Glasses EXPERIENCE

"I ordered glasses two weeks ago for 3 day delivery. Received confirmation and order ready but never received shipping info? Found a phone number but not in service. Emailed company 3 times no response. Wish I had read reviews before doing business with them. I think I am out my $84!

Great Buy

"I am happy with my order. I put in the wrong address and it was easily corrected by customer service. Although there are not many representatives, I was taken care of. 5 stars if their motto wasn't a lie. You should get it within a week. Great glasses I bought 2 and just put in an order for another 2."

Horrible

"Ordered one pair of glasses. Nowhere does it show the detail of your order as it builds. You just check boxes, and go to the next step. At the end, the Checkout Total showed one pair of glasses for $55.94. I paid, and was then charged for two pairs of glasses for a Total of $74.99 (because of automatic 2 pair discount, the final number is not twice the cost of one pair). Additionally, product descriptions are incomplete. I called the store ***-***-****) to ask if the hinges on a particular pair of glasses were spring hinges. "David" said yes. I asked where on the site that might be shown. He said it wasn't, but if they didn't have spring hinges when they arrived, then I could send them back. (As of Oct-13-2016, Express Glasses return policy is you get 100% store credit, or a 50% refund.)"

Unsatisfactory Product and Unsatisfactory Service

"The first pair of glasses I ordered from Express Glasses came with an incorrect prescription. I had to call them, since they didn't reply to my emails, to have the pair replaced with the correct prescription. The second pair arrived and were still unusable because the prescription was wrong. I shipped them back for a refund. It has been over a month and the company has not replied to any of my emails, and I have not received a refund. "
