"I really love the overall scope of products that E-Trailer supplies but I've been let down on multiple occasions now where bulk orders for various components show as "in stock" during the ordering process only to find out later that material is now awaiting stock. If I order ten items and nine of them are in stock then it'll hold up the remaining shipment until the full quantity is ready to ship. I may not need all ten items right away but I may certainly need a few from that order to fulfill orders that I'm currently building. Let's not hold up a dollar for a dime and just send what you have on hand so you're not putting customers in a bind. That's my chief complaint so far with a couple other small issues that E-Trailer was able to rectify in fairly short order."
