"Placed the order for the item that was listed in stock. The description stated that the item was supposed to be shipped in a couple of days. Did not happen. After 9 days of waiting I tried to contact the customer support multiple times and received a number of helpdesk tickets but no responses from the seller.
Had no choice but open the dispute at paypal to get my money back.
