"Warning! My CC Card was used fraudulently within hours of ordering from EPSCO, I have called them and written to them, they do not answer. Therefore though I cannot prove it I believe that using your cc there puts you at great risk. Beware.

I ordered a part, it was sent quickly and smoothly. But within a day or two my credit card was used for 3 fraudulent purchases!

Bank of America flagged them, reversed them so I was not out any money, the card was closed, I'll get another.

What surprises me is that when I called EPSCO in reality they could not care a bit.

I had not used that card for any other purchase where the CCV# was given out, nor had used it by handing it to a person, therefore it seems likely that my card number and CCV was stolen within the chain of custody of EPSCO.

I like their prices, and their service, but cannot deal with a company that does not even take a complaint of credit card theft seriously.

It's sad."
