"I had placed an order in the past at eModa and it was a terrible experience . I recently saw they made some changes and thought i’d give them another chance. I’m actually writing this review because when i googled “eModa”, all negative reviews came up..but they are from like FOUR years ago!, so i wanted to leave something nice since I had such a good experience this time around. I figured I’d place the order over the phone so i could see if their customer service was any better. I explained to the customer service rep what had happened in the past and she apologized over and over & explained that the company made some major changes about two years ago. She applied a discount code I received via email & I received 20% off my order total.
I got my package within the same week and i LOVED the items. All in all, it seems like they have made ALOT of changes and are very dedicated to customer service. I would recommend anyone who wants a easy online shopping experience to vist EMODA.COM.
