"I ordered a windows XP prof software from their web site, and paid by the check. After received the XP, and installed using the license key came with the CD, the PC did not pass the validation from Microsoft. I emailed the vendor and told the vendor the problem. The vendor allowed to send the software back and the vendor agreed to make the refund. Then I sent the original CD back. After days, I tracked that the package has been received [I had the track number from US post office]. After that, I kept ask the vendor to send the refund back to me several times. In the beginning, they responded my email, and mentioned they will mail the refund out. I waited, but never received the refund check. Then I emailed to the vendor many times asking to refund, but the vendor seems just ignored my requests. End up, I did not get their response or attentions any more, and get back my money.
I am very disappointed how eliquidationoutlet.com operates their business.

"It has been exactly 21 days since I originally placed my order with eliquidationoutlet.com and still no XP Pro CD. I placed the order for the XP Pro CD from them on the 23rd of Nov. and have been fed lies and ignored ever since. My 1st (supposed) shipment left the 1st week of Dec. and I never received it, which I have come to the conclusion is that it never was shipped since I did not receive a e-mail. I still have not received the 2nd supposed shipment of my CD, its been 6 buisness days and no CD in sight. 3 weeks from the time they have taken my money is completely unacceptable without product in hand. I hope I get my shipment but I doubt it. My next call is to my Visa card.

Do not buy from this place...run away and buy from someone else. You have been warned!"
