"In the past i purchased bad items from them and whatever is taken out of the packaging wasn't refunded but this time I asked for an exchange for an item that doesn't work and they have bee ignoring my emails. Their system automatically deletes bad reviews of products. In my opinion it should be ligal to take someone's money sent them a defective item and not address the issue when you're contacted by the customer. You're eventually going to go out of business from customer distisfaction."

I ordered a wig 2 months ago and when I never received it because of alleged courier problems I contacted their customer service, to which they urged me to wait a bit more and if I still didn't receive my order to request a full refund. They send me wrong color of hair even though my order and the receipt that they send with my order clearly states the right color on it. "Ordered two wigs. My credit card was processed and they received funds. Looked on their website for two weeks for status of order. Stated payment received. I finally decided to call and was then informed that an email was sent to me stating that wigs were out of stock and an email was send to me. Never received email. Rep told me that he could hold my order and I would definitely receive wigs when they get back in stock. Had no idea when that might be. Therefore I cancelled order and requested a refund. Trouble experience!!!!"
