"I had posted a complaint against eFORLESS couple of days back. The company did contact me back and they were prompt in their actions. The customer care department has very friendly staff and they were very genuine in ensuring that my grievances were attended to and taken care of.It seems that the whole problem turned out to be caused by mixup in communication and the company did take care of my grievance.The company gave me options as to how the matter be settled and they were very prompt in their actions. I strongly feel that eFORLESS has good customer care policy.
