"I will never use this company again...I tried to do some price comparison shopping and wound up not getting any kind of deal at all. I placed two orders this holiday season: the first was placed on Dec. 18th and was received on Dec. 23rd which wasn't too bad, the second was placed on Dec. 21st and was not shipped to the recipient but myself some 50 miles away on the 30th. Also, there is no courtesy card like other providers, but a slip of paper with the person's name on the outside and the message on the inside which would have been fine if that's what they tell you upfront. It didn't make a difference on the second order however as they neglected to include the message inside anyway. Their customer service is non-existent if you try to contact them."
