"worst place to buy from. purchased 2 dvds from them. i tried to contact them after 2 weeks when i didn't receive anything. it took 5 emails before someone contacted me saying that 1 dvd was out of stock when they still list it as available. waited another 2 weeks and still no dvds. finally when i got 1 of them, it was REPACKAGED and not new. there were finger prints on the dvd. don't ever buy from them unless you like to wait over a month to get your used dvds."

"Ordered DVD's in September. Free shipping is slow like 3 weeks. One of the DVD's didn't work. Contacted customer service (email only and no phone numbers) and Danny Leung in the Return & Exchange Department replied with an RMA#. Sent in DVD in mid-October and haven't heard back since. Tried emailing three times using different emails and no responses (I did not get any bounce back). I noticed also that their Ebay account is no longer valid. I guess they decided to go out of business, but their website is still up and running and I believe accepting orders.

Stay away from these crooks!
