"I'm a small business owner who needed help collecting an overdue debt. I paid $15 and supposedly ecollectionletters sent 3 collection letters on their company letterhead. They didn't process my order until I reminded them a week later. Then, they refused to give me a copy of the letters. I'm left wondering if the letters were even mailed or written in compliance of the debt collection laws. "
