"Order still in progress from 13 December 2020. They have received the total amount in advance. No answer in emails at all. They respond only to FB messenger chat after a few days but they don't even know when they will have the products in their warehouse. I have cancelled the order and demanded money back but still no confirmation from their side."
"I have ordered 4 PC accessories since 27/11/2020 which were supposed to be available in 2-3 business days. The order status remained in the Order Check until 24/12/2020 where it turned out that the motherboard I ordered had just arrived while the RAM I chose was still missing. They offered me a different ram which of course was supposed to be immediately available and assured me that everything was now ready to be shipped to my house.
We have 05/01/2021 and the order status remains in the collection of products and they estimate that they will arrive at my house on 15/01/2021. And they had the nerves to charge me 4€ more due to the price difference of the ram they offered me.
Please, do not make the mistake and get anything from e-shop.gr. Perhaps it is the worst in the Greek online market."

" At first i bought a psu and within a week it died. They diagnosed the problem real quick the replacement is another story.. I will only say it took them to replace it with anew one almost 20 days (and i live in Greece) The second time i trusted this shop for my PC was for a motherboard. After i opened it in order to place the cpu i noticed a bent pin. After i contacted a friend of mine to ask what to do he said that it happened ti him as well and that if a i went for an rma not only i would not get one but they will cancel the warranty because i have caused damage to the hardware and ask them to pay money for service. i would not recommend this shop to anyone that respects his money or his time

The time I collect the phone it was the end of the offer so the very next day the price of the phone was reduced -30 euros.Also i wrote a review for this phone and the purchase and they didn't publish it.Of course I mailed them in customer service and they didn't answer. Customer care and satisfaction very low! Been a great client in the past, but, through my last purchases, I will not buy again from this store!!
