"I was skeptical ordering appliances on line but Becca Baker put my worries to rest. Everything in the process from start to finish - selection, pricing, and delivery we're the BEST! I've bought many appliances from all the majors, but e-ppliance service and pricing put their competitors to shame.

"I ordered a refrigerator on e-ppliancesavings.com website 4/28/15. Shortly thereafter I received an order confirmation email stating delivery to my area would take 7-10 days, which was perfectly acceptable. A few days later I received an email from the delivery company (AM home delivery) stating my delivery was scheduled for Monday 5/4/15. Product was delivered brand new in box. I inspected the fridge upon delivery and there was no damage. I highly recommend e-ppliance savings for their great prices (cheapest I could find on the internet) and good service. It took less than 1 week from order to delivery and I have zero complaints! I would not hesitate to order from them again!"

"I placed an order for a refrigerator. The next day I received an email from resellersratings assigning me a temporary order number. I waited 4 days to email and call e-ppliancesavings.com for information on my order. I never heard from the company. That was in early December and I still haven't heard from them. I will never waste my time with that company again."

"Very slow to communicate. First sales representative who was assigned to my order never responded back so I had to email / call and leave VM about it. Finally another person got assigned and she was more responsive. Two different numbers for this company. The one on the website is a black hole- I could not reach anyone on the phone. Still not clear about the extended warranty I have purchased and also my product has not arrived yet. "

"There were 2 missed delivery dates. It seemed to be a delivery service problem. I don't think that it was directly e-ppliancesaving's fault. They did make a special effort to get the refrigerator to us."

"I was a little nervous because I had seen a few negative reviews, mostly centered on customer service. I can happily state my experience was just the opposite. Prior to my purchase, I called the toll-free number to ask a question about the refrigerator I planned to buy. I was greeted by Becca Baker, who went out of her way to answer my questions.

When the refrigerator arrived, it had been damaged in shipment. I again called and was greeted by... Becca, the same sales person who helped me before! She remembered me and immediately handled the return of the damaged unit and shipment of a new one. Becca also talked with the shipping/installation company directly and made the entire experience painless. She apologized profusely for the damage and explained the new one would arrive in 7-10 business days. Becca deserves major kudos. Eric, their Operations Manager, was on the phone with the delivery company, exchanging photos and emailing me while I was still on the phone with Becca. Amazingly responsive.

The new fridge arrived today, undamaged. The delivery and installation crew from AM Home Delivery reversed the doors without any hassle, since I had purchased this service from e-ppliancesavings. The driver seems to have been training his assistant. I overheard their interaction as they reversed the doors and was impressed with his thoroughness and patience, explaining every step right down to the tiniest details (like unscrewing a couple of small plastic trim plugs instead of just prying them out, so as not to scratch the fridge or bend the plastic.)

I will definitely shop this company in the future. Overall, a great experience.

"I, too was drawn in by the low price advertised on their website. I was not able to place the order for my Weber Grill Center on line, so on April 9th I called and spoke with David Rykus, online sales rep. David was very helpful and professional, and I placed my order with him. I was a bit skeptical as they charged my credit card up front before they wrote up the order and was told it would be at least two weeks before the grill would arrive at their warehouse and another 7-10 days before it shipped. But, after placing the order, I immediately received an invoice via email. I followed up with David a couple weeks later via email and, believe it or not, he called me back to give me an update. Long story short, yesterday I received a call from the shipping company telling me they would deliver my grill this morning, May 6th. This morning, I received a call from the delivery company telling me when they would arrive. They arrived with my new Weber grill EXACTLY when they said they would. The shipping cartons were pristine and looked like they just left warehouse. All in all, a GREAT experience. I will not hesitate to order from e-ppliance again."

"Purchased a front load Samsung Washer & dryer from these guys. About a week after purchase the freight company called and I arranged for delivery later that week. I took the day off from work to accommodate this. On the morning of delivery the freight company arrived and to my surprise only had the dryer and NOT the washer. I had already removed my old washer and dryer from my basement in preparation for the new units. Upon unpacking the dryer it was found to be damaged and was taken away by the delivery company. Now I had to have my buddy come back over and carry the old units back into the basement and hook them back up. While I realize the damaged unit was not e-appliance's fault, I should have been told it was only a partial delivery at which time I would have informed them to hold off until both units were available. After attempting to contact these guys by phone and email for several day I finally got a response. They informed me the model I purchased was on backorder and did agree to upgrade me to the next models at no additional cost. The upgraded models were on backorder as well, but I was told they would keep me up to date on a status. After a few weeks went by, I tried to contact them again and the same pain started. These guys to NOT anwser the phone or emails. I did receive a phone call from Eric after I had to send several emails over a weeks time. Finally the upgraded models arrived and were delivered together. I am now happy with the products, but have not received the "free" included 5 year extended warranties which the site said were included with the units. I did receive extended warranty paperwork from the aftermarket company, but it was for the original model (not upgraded one) and has a serial # of a unit I dont have. These mistakes happen, I understand that. But I have now emailed Eric and the company several times over the last 3 weeks and have not gotten once response. I know the emails are being delivered because I am receiving the automated response email from their site. These guys could be a great company if they improve their communication and response times, not even response times, frankly just their total lack of responding. I doubt I will ever get my warranties from them. "

"I decided to purchase from e-pplicacesavings after reading the chiming statement about the company on their website. It was very real and personably and as it turns out, that's just how they are. Calling to make sure the shipping is correct on Christmas Eve…Fed Ex, take a lesson!

"Exceeded my every expectation. Was originally a bit skeptical of their extremely low prices, but placed online order anyway (Fridge & Gas Range). Received a call within a few business days to notify me of delivery. Showed up on time...excellent delivery team. They opened the boxes for me to inspect, appliances were absolutely perfect - no dents or scratches at all! Rebate forms were emailed to me along with invoice. Couldn't have been easier! I would 100% recommend e-ppliancesavings.com! Have no fear with this company!

Won't be able to try out the appliances until January, as we are moving, but I will update my review then. Thanks again for the speedy and pain-free process! Much better than any of the brick and mortar stores.
