"I bought a the Microsoft Vista Ultimate w/ SP1 x64 through buy.com's marketplace. Seemed Okay. It has officially been 12 days since they said it was shipped. Almost 2 weeks to ship an OS from Cali to NJ? Come on. Well, I emailed them today and got a quick response saying that it was lost in transit. So they will ship me a new one. I will update this review if and when I get the product.

Update: I have finally received the item. Another copy was shipped on June 9 and was received on June 12. All is good now. These things happen. Nothing you can really do about it until it happens.
