They mention it in their FAQ, but they could do a bit better with notifications - especially with the competition shipping stuff out next day. It's fine if orders placed from Friday night thru Monday morning aren't processed until they open on Monday 9am (PST) - but it shouldn't be too hard to include that reminder when the e-mail notifications go out. Also, when selecting the "Free Shipping" there is very little information once it ships other than the ETA. There is an option for "expedited processing" - which is nice, but the description certainly isn't enticing - and that has nothing to do with actual shipping. Might be a good idea to add something along the lines of "Free Shipping/UPS Ground orders sent to the East Coast can take up to 6-7 days once the order actually ships."
Fortunately, I wasn't in a particular hurry - but reading some of the other reviews was helpful before placing the order - since those managed my expectations. Also, I did call for an update and was informed due to the holiday season my order might take longer to process (having that information when presented with the expedited processing option might persuade folks to pay the additional $6).
Overall, very pleased with the ordering process. It wasn't perfect (hence the 4 stars), but certainly room for improvement."
