"bought what was supposed to be a NEW digital Canon camera for my daughter for Christmas. She realized as soon as she opened it that it was not new but refurbished. She new this because she had the exact same camera I had bought her from Target last year but it had been stolen, thats why I was purchasing another one for her. This one that was supposedly new was missing some features, plus it was not in an original box that a new one would normally come in. It would not even take one picture without a memory card. I have emailed them to get a RMA number to return it, but have not heard anything back. I tried calling but there is not an answer, it just rings and rings. Not even a message on their end! The paper work says the return has to within 7 days in order to get refund. But this is fraud, so next week after the holidays are over, I guess I'll start at my bank and see if there is anything I can do. I used a debit card, not a credit card so I don't know if there anything that I will be able to do. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. "

"Bought a Canon Powershot SD780IS. Listed as New but received one NOT in the original box but instead in the crappy box that looks exactly the same as the box for the refurbish Canon camera I bought before. Plus there is actually a scratch on the product no. label at the bottom. EXTREMELY DISHONEST behavior! Would rather buy a refurbished item directly from Canon. DO NOT BUY from!"

"Horrible communication. Well, really a total lack of communication. No response to 4+ e-mails. They promised to ship next day but did not ship at all until the end of the following week. They never replied to any of my 4 e-mails. Total lack of cust service and very slow shipping. I'd avoid these scammers and go with some place that actually cares about the customers. "

"I ordered a gaming keyboard for $90 from them april 4th. Their website says processing on it after a few days so I tried to call them to find out whats going on. All the phone #s are disconnected none of their e-mail addresses ever get responded to. I still have not been able to contact them nor have I recieved any shipping info. Furthermore their website still shows the product as "processing". DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Unless of course you get a thrill from watching your money get flushed down the toilet."

"I have never been so disappointed in an online order in my entire life. eWaggle has really sent me through the ringer. There is so much that's been so suspicious about this transaction.

I had to initiate the conversation between me and eWaggle, first of all. They never contacted me first, all I got were pre-made emails saying they got my money.

They finally did answer me after I sent two emails, stating problems with their Internet, and that my item should be shipped within the next 24 - 48 hours.

It has been 6 days since that email. I've sent 3 more emails and have received no reply. My item remains "Processing" on their website and they will not contact me. I am also having the same problem as it seems everyone else is having - their voicemail mailbox is "full". I even redialed the number about 10 times to see if SOMEONE would pick up, but there was nothing.

I wish I could contact ASUS and let them know that they are allowing a deceitful online company to resell their laptops. As someone who really likes ASUS, I don't want their products being sold from this awful company.

I just hope I can get my money back.

"I placed an order with ewaggle.com on 1/4/2008 and my credit card was charged on the same day.

I have received the item and didn't work. I tried contact them and no answers for several days and finally got RMA# via email. I returned the item with return receipt.

It's been three weeks with no answer.
I will never purchase anything with them again and just want my refund.

I don't know how to do next.

"My order still shows "pending" 10 days after I placed it. Repeated attempts to contact them via e-mail have been unsuccessful. I'm unable to reach them by phone because their phone mail is "full". "I have the same complaint - my order still reads pending - company phone number says box is filled and cannot take any messages. They do not reply to any e-mails that I have sent them. I have contacted my credit card company to report them as being "suspicious". Do Not Order anything from this company!

1/25 - still no reply from this so called company regarding my order. Still pending and the amount has been charged to my credit card. Nothing indicating that my order has shipped - still shows pending. This company is a rip off and should be put out of business. I can't believe that e-bay hasn't done something to get them off their site.

2/3/08 - on change on the status of my "so called order". Still not shipped or received and the same bull with regard to no replies to any e-mails I sent, nor any way to get in contact with them as their phone number still says the same thing - that the mailbox is full, etc. I have registered a complaint with the local BBB, as well as with one of the major suppliers listed on thsir site,. Supposedly this supplier is addressing the situation with e-waggle, but that was days ago when I received this word. So, as far as I am concerned, e-waggle is a on line company that should be put out of business. I will also monitor my credit with regard to the charges that appear on the invoice of ewaggle. I have already talked with the credit card company re ewaggle and the number of registered complaints.

2/12/08 - just looked at my account and happily discovered, that my order finally reads 'CANCELLED' instead of pending. This is what I have been wanting to occur for weeks - maybe my mail to one of their major brand suppliers was a help. WARNING TO ANYONE WHO CAN READ - DO NOT BUY FROM Ewaggle! You will definitely be sorry!

I've called their customer service at ***-***-**** and written ****@**** with no response from either. I'm very disatisfied and will not be doing business with them again. I've disputed the cc charges and expect no problem getting the charges reversed.

"I placed an order with ewaggle.com on 11/4/2007 and my credit card was charged on 11/7/2007. That was a month ago and when I log in to ewaggle.com it says my order is pending. When I have called at ***-***-**** or writted to ****@****, after a half dozen attempts to inquire about my order, and to cancel the order and get a refund as it has said "pending" for a month. I have received no email replies and no returned phone calls. I have also contacted my credit card company disputing the charge as I have never received a product or any correspondence on any email or phone inquiries concerning my order. I've been ordering on the web for over 10 years and with over 99% satisfaction with web commerce. However, the down side is experiences like this are much more troublesome than store shopping where you can talk face to face to resolve disputes over service. I highly recommend anyone find an alternative to ewaggle.com. From my experience here, I will not be doing business with them again and just want my refund and to do business elsewhere.

"I placed my order on October 12, 2007 for an AL TECH MEDIAGATE MG-25P 2.5" Portable MultiMedia/Divx Player USB2.0 Enclosure W/120GB HARD DRIVE.

Over a month later after numerous emails on my part and no response from eWaggle, I finally received my order. When I opened the package, I heard a distinct rattling noise like something was loose or broken inside the unit. I have since sent several email messages to eWaggle asking for assistance. To date I have not received any response. I tried calling but they never answer and their voice mail is too full to accept any messages. The total cost to me for the unit plus shipping and handling was $172.36.

This has been an expensive lesson for me. I hope this message will warn others to avoid this seller like the plague. They appear to be a fraudulent operation. Stay away from eWaggle.com.
