"I purchased an HD TV antenna from this vendor and was quite pleased with their service. Called customer service for some advise and they were professional and courteous. Great price with fast free shipping. When unit arrived I questioned it because of it's small size and plastic construction but after I installed it I got 39 stations. The rotor function with no extra wires is an added convenience for aiming the antenna. My only beef is with the manufacture LAVA Electronics. The rotor was defective. They shipped me another one but I had to pay return shipping of the defective unit. I feel they should have covered the return cost otherwise I give espymall an A+ and am very impressed with the antenna's performance. "
