"They have managed our ebay listings for a number of years, things were good, then Adam left. Since then there have been frequent outages affecting our templates and listings.
Now they wont even answer the phone !, they dont care, they are useless, avoid like the plague"

I purchased eBay template design + 2 months ebay SEO worth more than $870 USD ($1,213.61 AUD) on 24 Feb 2022.
They never conducted SEO services for the past 3 months. I contacted Andrew (the consultant) more than 10 times. He did not reply my message at all.
Return my money immediately before I take this matter further!!!!

"We contacted eshop for a template a few years ago, and had a good experience. We reached out to them and requested an update to be compliant with new ebay guidelines. We paid for the service up front, but it took months for the work to be completed. We send many messages (without a response) and then they deleted our old template, making all our listings garbage. When they finally did give us a template, they refused to install it. (And, that was because it couldn't be installed because it wasn't ebay compliant, contained active content to help eshop). One of the worst experiences ever.

"As an ebay seller, i was approached thinking they can offer a better template and more efficient method of running. Turns out once you engage them they provide you with a template and you constantly have to contact them fo support.
They are offshore somewhere and take days to respond.
Their template does not work and not comply properly to other management tools such as turbo lister etc..
They then advise you to use their own management platform which their template is designed for. So after you spend few hundred getting a template you are forced to sue their management program which also costs money per month.
There is NO trial and after using it you find out its not user friendly and not ebay friendly. I have been trying for months to contact them and have it cancelled but they do not respond and ignore your request.
I have told them i no longer want to be subscribed but they simply dont listen once they have your money.
I strongly advise you DO NOT use them. I am still waiting for reply and will be reporting this as fraud to my credit card company.
Al the response i get is that they are passing this onto management but never reply.
There is a reason why they take only credit card and not paypal and EFT, so you cannot get your money back.
My advise is steer away oif you want to save time, money and headache."

Tabs don't work, duplicate listings posted to eBay, constantly locked out of access to their program, very slow and poor customer service...
Do not waste your time or money with them.. You will be disappointed.."
"I had them create an ebay listing template and ebay store template for me. This company is incredibly slow to respond to emails (3-5 days). The template took much longer than promised to deliver and there were many problems with it. They even sent me encrypted PHP files to upload to my server. NO THANKS! No way am I uploading their encrypted scripts to my server. Who knows what malicious scripts they could be tricking me into using. Good thing I did not give them access to my ftp."
