"Got the hallway runners I ordered, and they were great...quick delivery, and the rug design was exactly what I wanted and expected.
However, these are 10 foot runners that were so tightly bound in a roll without being wrapped around a tube, that there were sharp creases in the rug that are making the rugs unsafe due to not lying flat...Also, when they were wrapped, the ends were folded about two inches in with the nap side inside the fold so that the ends when laid stand up almost at a right angle. Even using rug tape, the ends don't want to lie flat. There must be a better way to wrap these up...wrapping around a tube would alleviate a good part of the problem."
