Bad service

"DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered part paid extra for 2days shipping. Got it 5 days later. Email customer service..dont care and they don't guarantee expedite shipping. So why charge "

Total jerks rude bad part

"These people are rude over phone I asked to talk to supervisor and was told no . I ordered a Coleman lantern ventilator part I got it after 7 days it had chips in the paint and it wasn't done in shipping, I called and started refund and they wanted to charge my card a 2nd time for a 2nd part, I was told they never know or see the part they send out so I told them I would never order anything again. I basically feel they sell factory 2 nd parts stay away from these people , they are rude and don't care if I reorder or not or even care they wasted my time with bad part."

"I needed a replacement disk drive for a failing one in my laptop. This laptop uses 1.8" hard drives, and I wanted to upgrade to an SSD. They had the drive I wanted at a price that couldn't be beat. I chose cheap shipping by USPS and checked out with paypal so I knew I'd be covered. I received order confirmation and order shipped emails quickly. and the drive showed up very quickly, packaged properly (static protective bag and bubble wrap inside bubble wrap envelope. Very professional."

"Epartsandmore.com IS a Rip off. they ripped me off on ebay. They bought my video card then filed a claim that said it was no good, then they sent me back a video card with a different serial number. BEware of bait and switch God has my vengeance, im sure he will suffer. Im suing as we speak.

"eParts & More seems to be new and/or underutilized given by how few reviews about them exist online. I place an order for an inexpensive item ~$12 and was promptly greeted by an order confirmation via email. Good sign. The next business day I was greeted by another email with a tracking number for my shipped product. Also a good sign! The item arrived promptly via UPS, and the experience was great in every regard. They bested any online retailer's price after price + shipping, their product was packaged well and shipped promptly, and their communication via email was great. I highly recommend this relatively unknown etailer."

"I looked around on the net for pricing on a Dell PERC 5/i RAID controller and some accessories, and after awhile found epartsandmore.com . They seemed to have everything I needed for the order and so I ordered. I got an initial email confirmation and then...nothing. I made my first inquiry to customer service later, but no reply. Checking the status of my order over the next week showed only 'Processing'. On the morning of Sept 18 I checked my bank balance and I had been credited back what I had paid for the parts. epartsandmore.com never bothered to notify me once of any step in the process including the cancellation. My second request for information from customer service has also gone unanswered, and I am forced to conclude epartsandmore.com doesn't want my business...or anyone's.

Rebuttal to below:

This 'fraud prevention' isn't required by any other retailer I deal with. This is also not a policy disclosed anywhere obvious that I saw during the order process, and I do my level best to read things carefully so I'm not surprised. I spend all day on the phone and am unable to take personal calls during that time. That's why i freaking ordered via email instead of calling it in. Finally, other than the automated emails, I never received a single email that was mentioned. Gmail's spam filter is extraordinarily good, but just to make sure I went through 500+ spam messages dating back to just before the order. Nothing. Blatant untruth.
