"Mixed review about emixt! I'm only writing this review in hopes that whomever manages the emixt site will see and use my order experience as a way to better their business. I placed my order on October 21st and it just finally arrived yesterday November 9th. Let me first start of by saying that I could not be happier with the quality of the product. I am in no way what so ever disappointed with the product they provided or the pricing. Both we great! My issue is with the customer service and the speediness in communication. I've never had to try so hard to get a response from a company by email! They do not respond! I wrote more then 10 emails and got a response once after almost 2 weeks! If you are an impatient person or someone that is weary of making international purchases, please look elsewhere. You will have sleepless night waiting for a response from emixt. As you can see, it took 19 days for my order to arrive, and of those 19 days, only 4 days where for shipping. It took them 15 days to process and ship my order. During that 15 days, like I had mentioned, not a single email was returned regarding my order process. Now I am looking to place a bulk order with them. But, again and after 3 email attempts, basically begging them to take my money, I again have yet to receive a response. Now, with all that said, do I think emixt will scam you, NO! Do I think they mean to offer pour customer service, NO! Like I mentioned at the start of this review, my sole intent for this review is to help them improve their customer service so many other like me can enjoy the great products they have to offer."
