"I never received my item. I posted several "Helpdesk" tickets and got the same "we'll refund you right away" replies for several weeks without actually getting it. I eventually filed a paypal dispute about 6 weeks later. About a month after the Paypal dispute, they contacted me thru their Helpdesk saying they needed to send me a money order and wouldn't refund with paypal. That was a month ago and still no refund. This place is a bunch of theives. Their knowhow, website, and customer support all point to the fact that they don't know how to run a business."
