"I'm not sure if this company is related to monoprice, but they have an almost identical web interface and the exact same prices. I have ordered from monoprice a few times in the past and they were fantastic. In all my online orders I never received as many email notifications as I did with monoprice.
I figured I would try out ehdmi to compare shipping times. The shipping time itself was great. I ordered on Sat. and received my items on Wed. The only thing I did not like was ehdmi is the complete opposite in terms of email updates. I received one email to let me know my order was placed-and thats it.
On Wed. I emailed customer service to get an update on my order. I got a reply later that day giving my tracking number and order status. Later that day my package arrived.
So all in all I think ehdmi is great with shipping times on par with other etailers. My only recommendation would be to add email notifications to let customers know when their order shipped along with a tracking number. Other than that their prices are great and would shop here again. "
