Communication Zero - order not delivered

I ordered on the website phone, paid by visa.
I didn´t receive any tracking.
Is two weeks since my order. I tried to contact the company 5 times with the question about delivery time and about my product.
Phone was not answered, 2x E-mail was not answered, I created ticket with this question on their website - not answered.
I do not know where the product, which I paid for, is currently and if I ever receive it.
The customer service is 0 in my case.
I will never order again!

Scam. Avoid.

"Terrible. Ordered a phone, one month later, no sign of it, no response from company. They have disabled the "package not received" form on their web site, lol -- that tells you all you need to know. Am having to reverse the payment on my credit card. For 20 Euros more I could have got the same phone overnight from my phone provider here at home! Nightmare, avoid at all costs, you have been warned."

I was cheated the package was delivered to the trash bin...

"Review by Anonymous User I was cheated the package was delivered to the trash bin, eGlobal don't want to take responsibility, don't want to refund my money and no answer for my massages. On the DPD docket is sign "Green Bin" not my name what it's Lukasz Wegrzyn. When I come back home green bin was empty because he was picked up by a recycling company.

Avoids any shopping on eGlobal if parcel will be missing you will stay with nothing and PayPal will not accept your claim.

Never deilvered and wouldn't refund!

"I ordered a new mobile phone from eGlobal on 16th July 2019 for more than £260. The product was shipped on 24th July but tracking on the courier's website stopped updating on 30th July. I reported this to eGlobal 3 times. On 14th August 2019, eGlobal confirmed that the package was lost and refunded a paltry £10 leaving me £250 out of pocket. Jokers! I will never buy from eGlobal again. Be warned."

Crooks!

"I ordered a google wifi router 3 pack from them. The courier (Hermes, equally as bad as EGlobal) claimed it was left in a safe place. I never authorised it being left in a safe place since there isn't one where I live, and it was over £200. I stayed in the entire day awaiting delivery - my doorbell never rang. I contacted EGlobal who sent me a couple of standard messages saying they had logged the issue with the courier then eventually said the courier claim it was delivered 'as instructed' (I never gave such instructions) and so the case is closed. No refund, and I don't have what I ordered. Since this final email from them I have had no responses, they are ignoring me. They don't care about their customers in the least, only about taking money.
Keep in mind also that they are not in the UK, they are in China.

super slow customer service

"I experienced very bad customer service. 7 months ago I received a phone which was broke, but couldn't test it for some weeks because I had moved to another country. when I found out that it was broke, I had to send it back at my own expense and have been waiting for the repaired phone ever since. in the meantime it lost all its value and I will receive the phone 9 months after buying it because I live in another country now. it's unbelievable. don't take the risk. buy somewhere else!"

Customer Service Nightmare

"They give TERRIBLE customer service. Unbeknownst to me, someone opened a credit card in my name and purchased something worth $1500 from these people. BUT it was delivered to me. No receipt or invoice in the package. Only return address was a distribution center. The Credit Card Co finally figured out eGlobal Central US was the vendor. I emailed them and finally got a Case No. Was quickly told I could return it (TO HONG KONG) AT MY EXPENSE + ADMIN FEE+ RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WAS 30% OF THE ITEM. When I objected and reiterated that it had been charged by someone else on a fraudulent account, they said, ok, they would omit the Admin Fee!!!!!!!!!! Luckily, the Credit Card Co volunteered to pay for FEDEX to pick it up and ship it. Find someone else to purchase your merchandise from.....beware that what you purchase via Amazon might be coming from them. Really wasted 2 weeks of my time dealing with this."

Sony RX100M2 camera at 30% discount

"I wanted to buy a Sony RX100M2 camera. On Amazon it was 550$, and here it was 370$. Scared by bad reviews, I also bought "shipping insurance". That seems to have also made the shipping much faster, as it was delivered from Hong Kong to North Carolina in 3 days. The camera came with a weird power plug (British?), but that did not matter to me as I have plenty of chargers for micro-USB. The camera looks and works normally, as a new camera should."

Won't take returns. Will make you needlessly pay for shipping.

" Make sure the item you get is exactly what you want. I bought a phone from them. The carrier support information they had on their website was vauge and misleading. The device didn't work well in the us. They made the return process long and extensive just to discourage you. You also have to pay for shipping to Hong knong. They found a minor reason to reject the claim and forced me to pay for shipping again if I wanted it back."

Avoid, pathetic cust service, honk kong based company not UK

"The camera came defected, i tried to solve a problem with this pathetic shop, they instructed me to download a new hardware. I also tested the camera underwater. The water came in and it stopped working. I contacted with resolution centre but they said that they don't get responsibility for any equipment, even that manufacture said that is waterproof. I had to escalate a problem with paypal. The Return address is in Honk Kong, it cost me £30 pounds to ship it. Another problem is with sending goods containing a battery to Honk Kong. Anything having battery is listed as restricted. What I can say , resolution team is not pleasure, troublemaking, not helpful. Pay slightly bigger money and make sure the item is actually in UK and returning item goes to UK address ONLY. AVOID AVOID AVOID."

Bad service

"I bought several camera products from Eglobal central and there were no problems with the delivery. Delivery time was a bit long but, for the price that they offer, that’s not really a problem.

The trouble starts however if something fails to work and you want to claim the warranty on the product. They say that they offer 2 year warranty on most products. However it is not possible to get someone on the phone from this company. For everything you have to send a message through their RMA centre. On the other end of this, there seems to be a Chinese employee wo translates your messages in Google translate. Problem is that you are consequently misunderstood. When they finally understood what was wrong, I had to upload a video-file for their technician so he could see what was wrong. It seemed as if they try to put up as many barriers as they can to keep you from claiming your warrenty. Because they are product from the grey) Chinese market the local manufacturer can do nothing for you and you can’t claim a warrenty from the manufacturer either. In the end I gave up and paid for the repair myself.

My advice: Never buy any valuable goods at Eglobal Central!

Horrendous

"Simply horrendous.
I was tempted into making a purchase due to low costs. Worst thing I have ever done. cancelled order - but they ignored me and still sent it. Product was absolutely inferior as to what they stated. Returned it immediately. They have received it and say the camera is fine and will refund me my money - MINUS a £15 ADMIN FEE - even though I cancelled it before they sent. They are now keeping my money - even though they said they will refund. They won't say why. I have escalated with PayPal - and they state they will not send me money until I cancel the dispute.
its been a month already.

Please learn from my mistake - the saving you think you will make - isn't. Products are inferior and it is a nightmare to return and get a refund. Please simply stay away from this horrible company.
