"I had ordered a set of tie rod ends through the website, which automatically pulls up the proper parts for your vehicle. In my case their had been a mid year part change and I actually received the wrong part. I called around 17:30 on wednesday night, explaining my problem to brandon. It's horrible when your car is totaly apart and you don't have the right part to finish the job. I have had wrong parts shipped to me before which resulted in charge/credit scenarios and the credit is never applied. Brandon had the right part on my porch by 9am the next day, no charge. I was amazed at how well my situation was handled. They could have charged me for the new part pending a return credit and shipped it ground.
