"I ordered a faucet and the required valve that the website indicated I needed. I was contacted after I placed my order to make sure I wanted 2 valves, as the faucet did come with the valve. I thought that was awesome they contacted me prior to shipping. However, they didn't refund my full amount. It never even shipped, yet I lost 5% and the website told me I needed this valve for the faucet I ordered. Then I was contacted by FedEx that I had a package coming the next day that required a signature. That was impossible, as no one would be home. I contacted EFaucets to reroute my package to my office since it's requiring a signature, even though nowhere on the website does it say that. They said they couldn't do it. So I had to refuse the package and it was sent back. Again, I lost 5% on my refund. I've contacted them several times to get my full refund back, as I still need the faucet and just wanted to reorder it. I receive the email saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours, but no one does. "

No product here when I got back from my vacation on 9/1, so there is still no faucet in my bathroom! Got an email on 9/2 telling me it will ship on September 3rd. Since it was in stock when I ordered it, WHY did it not ship on 8/27 as requested ???? Lousy service for a first-time customer."
