"Purchased a designer handbag as a gift, received the bag looked authentic. 1 month later the hardware tarnished/leather handle started to unravel/side stiching came apart. Bag was returnedto edesigner in September said they would have it repaired under warranty. They decide not to repair it in November and stated they would give me a refund less 10% restocking fee. I agreed to this!! They then decided to refunded only 50% of the amount, which arrived in December. I am stll some $400 out of pocket.Needless to say not a great experience and I suspect I was sold a fake bag, as I have requested it's return so that I can have it repaired at my cost. "
