"This review is a follow-up to the review I wrote about the system I bought from eCollegePC in August of 2016.
So, it’s now about seven and a half years later and I still have not had the slightest issue.
This is solidest PC I’ve ever owned.
Over the years it has ran every game I’ve thrown at it with all the settings maxed out.
Currently, I’m playing Cyberpunk 2077 that is a very graphically demanding game even for newer, more powerful systems to run smoothly it remains one of the most demanding games you can play.
I can’t say enough about this build.

"My computerlx PC died finally after 11 years, I was in the market for a new PC, but I wanted 1 thing that EcollegePC delivered and others could not. All the colorful gaming PC's out there from Cyberpower/Ibuypower the ultra expensive like Orion could not give me the one thing I wanted in my PC. A CD/DVD/Bluray burner/reader. So I went to ecollegepc's site and configured a pc. I had a question regarding cooling which was promptly answered by Mike. So in 2021 I got my brand new Phanteks full tower case I9 11900 computer with 1 m2.me drive and a 8 tb hdd. And 32 gigs of memory. The only thing I took from my old dead computer was the AMD RX570 graphics card since during covid lockdown graphics cards were outrageously priced. I am writing this review on my awesome pc from ecollegepc. No complaints whatsoever.3/2023.I have thrown Xplane11 with full graphics cranked on, runs smooth, I have thrown DCS and War Thunder with full graphics on and there is no lag or buffering, I have thrown world of warships and diablo 3 with full graphics on and they work perfectly well...I have thrown MSFS2020 at it with full graphics cranked and it is literally like looking out the window in real life of an airplane...Only issue is my joystick a Microsoft product don't work with MSFS2020 also a Microsoft product. But ecollegepc...BEST custom builder out here...And made in the USA (MO to be exact)"

"We've now placed 7 orders for company related PC's with eCollegePC.com since 2019. Before them we'd ordered from Newegg, CyberPowerPC and Dell, but, with each of them we'd had issues (which, to their credit, the issues were all resolved), but, time is money and we felt like we needed a place where we didn't have to worry about returns being a necessary evil, so we kept looking. Every computer we've purchased from them is still running well, and has not required any repairs. Furthermore, the amount of options available and the pricing all seems very fair to me. I don't feel like they're trying to figure out how to bleed their customer dry, they just seem focused on doing a good job.
For the last two computers we've ordered they've even supplied a video of it being run inside their office, which, I think is a pretty nice touch. There's no doubt they've at least spent the time making sure everything runs.
We also have never had an issue with delivery. The computers are packed well, with the video cards secured. Years ago I'd ordered a computer from another company that I no longer remember the name of where the video card had broken the motherboard, so, I appreciate that they make sure that doesn't happen. "
"I got a pre-built computer cause I wanted to get my hands on the new RTX 4080. I checked a lot of places for prices and I saw a new site that I have never seen or heard of before which was EcollegePC! I was a little reluctant but after reading the reviews I sprung for the excellent deal they had. I have had the computer for a month and it runs great! They also made sure to set important things for a gamer like the proper XMP profile etc. etc. I cannot recommend them enough and they also provided updates and a nice little video of the final build before sending the computer to me. "This is my second computer from ECollege PC. The first one lasted me years and still works, I just wanted to upgrade. The second I just recently had a hard drive issues after almost 3 years of serious use. They are taking care of it completely as I got the extended warranty and even now, I'm writing this review on that computer booting off a clone of the damaged hard drive. I'll never get a computer anywhere else."

"The best PC prebuilding service I've used. Had them build a PC in 2015, and now again in 2022, and was impressed with the speed of the service, the quality of the build and the reasonable price. Additionally, very impressed with their customer service. Back in 2015 I emailed them about getting the code for a free game promotion when you bought an nvidia card, and I got the code I was looking for within the hour. This time, I ordered a PC without a GPU (as I was just going to switch my old card into the new rig), and at 6 a.m. sharp the next day I got an email form Mike making sure that I didn't make a mistake by forgetting a GPU. When I told him I wanted to swap in my old card, they made sure that the wiring was out of the way so that it would be an easy addition. Can't recommend them highly enough."

"I've used others or looked at others and can honestly say this is an excellent company that can built or provide you a nice PC at a very competitive price. What a hidden gem! I ordered a custom PC: it was easy, very customizable and I got exactly what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time (5 days). Fired it up (no issues) and of course a few weeks later I had to tinker around and add some hard drives I already had on hand, had an issue, and asked for support in working on it (turns out it is Windows doing something stupid) and received excellent, skilled, and faster than expected response. We worked together trying to determine the problem and found a workaround, but later it returned (after Win 10 updated itself, grrrr!!!) and I found another workaround. Windows is doing something stupid when the computer goes to sleep (no hibernate or hybrid) for a RAID setup. Bottom line: nothing to do with their workmanship and skill putting together the system and I am just fine with it all. 6+ months later still running great as I try to adjust to Win 10 (ugh, how long does it take?) What more can I say? Thank you, eCollegePC!!! Use them, you won't be sorry and I will definitely use them whenever I can and recommend them to whomever will listen."
