"Our church purchased an Adobe program for our music director in June 2013 for his Windows XP. In April we had to switch to Windows 7 due to the Microsoft regulations. Last week we discovered that the Adobe program was no longer on the music computer. I wasn't sure if I could use the same Adobe key code on the new Windows 7 upgrade so I contacted Bargain Software. Paula got back to us immediately and walked us through the install. We had problems with the serial number and again she helped us. We had three or four emails back and forth where she helped us patiently each time. We will definitely purchase from Bargain Software again. "
"Beware, I had to file a paypal claim before they would even respond to me then they gave me a storey that there email didn’t work and that if I would end the claim that they would send it right out, well after I did end the claim they stop responding to email or phone calls again, I had to call paypal to get it opened back up. After the claim was back open there email started working again, Hmmmmm. I did get my software for the job I was working on but not without a fight. Then to beat it all they emailed me and to say they were going to slander my company name. What a JOKE. Avoid this company at all cost."
