"We ordered & received 2XL toboggans from e4Hats.com, but they were 2-inches shorter from top to bottom than the 2 we bought from another size stating regular adult size. Return label request was rejected, plus we were charged a $4 "adjustment fee). I only measured the size of 1 toboggan, but didn't remove the tag. Also, returned both in the original packing & envelope. Order # ***-***-****.

"They sell lovely hats but do NOT buy if you are an international customer. They send you the package after you've paid without paying sufficient excise duty/sales taxes. You then have to pay the tax yourself to get the hat (about 50% of its value) or get nothing as they refuse to refund your sale.
