"THIS EBAY SELLER IS NOTHING SHORT OF BEING A THIEF... AND EBAY IS THE ENABLER!

I PURCHASED THREE ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER TO RESELL FOR VALENTINE'S DAY GIFTS. THE PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED BY FEB. 4TH, 2013. WHEN PACKAGING DIDN'T COME, I EMAILED SELLER, LOOKING FOR THE PACKAGE AND WHY THERE WASN'T ANY TRACKING INFORMATION. HE SAID HE'D CHECK WITH THE POST OFFICE. COME THE EVENING OF FEB 5TH, STILL NO PACKAGE AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM SELLER. BEFORE EMAILING HIM AGAIN, I CLICKED ON THE TRACKING NUMBER AND SURPRISE, THE SELLER SHIPPED IT THAT DAY. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISAPPOINTMENT TO THIS SELLER, HE NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY FOR HIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR, INSTEAD HE LIED TO ME, BLAMING THE POST OFFICE FOR SITTING ON THE PACKAGE FOR 5 DAYS. WELL PEOPLE, I'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 30 YEARS, SHIPPING ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS'S AND I CAN ASSURE YOU, THE POST OFFICE SCANS EVERY PACKAGE AS SOON AS IT IS ACCEPTED AT THE POSTAL CENTER. THEN HE WENT ON TO SAY: "YOU'LL HAVE IT IN PLENTY OF TIMES FOR VALENTINE'S DAY."

I HAD PLANS TO LEAVE FOR THE NORTH GEORGIA MOUNTAINS FOR A LONG HOLIDAY WEEKEND WITH FRIENDS (PRESIDENT'S DAY WEEKEND), NOT RETURNING TILL 2/12. THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERY TO MY FRONT PORCH ON FEB 7TH... I WAS GONE. EVEN IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN HOME TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE, I HAD NO TIME TO SELL THEM AND GET THEM DELIVERED TO MY CUSTOMER'S FOR VALENTINE'S DAY,

WHEN I RETURNED, I REFUSED DELIVERY, HANDING THE PACKAGE BACK TO MY POSTMAN ON FEB 13TH. SELLER RECEIVED RETURN 2/25, DOESN'T RESPOND TO MY EMAIL AND HAS NOT REFUNDED MY PAYMENT AS AGREED TO EBAY. WELL, THIS CREEP KNOWS EBAY'S SYSTEM, EBAY WON'T ASSIST ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I REFUSED THE PACKAGE! THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. GUESS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT... I DIDN'T USE A CREDIT CARD, I USED PAYPAL, AN EBAY OWNED COMPANY.
