"I just wanted to compliment Dressv.com as I placed my first order with them and am super impressed with their customer service and support.
Just a quick recap, I received a partial shipment, as some items were on back-order and they were on it to notify me of the situation and gave me an ETA on when they expect the next shipment.
Sadly, my items weren't available, but again, they were quick to contact me and let me know, and provide options for a refund/credit - I opted for the credit to my Wallet, as I look forward to ordering with them again.
Their staff are extremely friendly and provide quick responses (usually takes a day), and one thing I greatly appreciate is their effort to ensure I am a happy and satisfied customer.

"This site is full of junk at a silk price. The live chat takes you to a static email section that never gets responded to... I bought two pairs of shoes that totaled $180 and they were worth $5. A pair of bow tie shoes had one bow, the other nothing it was missing! They stink like formaldehyde and beyond poor quality. Repeated attempts to contact "customer service" are met with nothing. Buying anything from Dressv is like saying, "I want throw my my away!" Stay away from them at any cost."

Order Process Length: 32 Days (from placing order to receiving).
Quality: Amazing for a 'discounted' on-line bulk store. My sweater was exactly as the image on the website. The zipper just requires some crayon or pencil along the edge for ease of use.
Sizes: 'Asian' sizing. Buyer Beware!
Overall: I am deeply disappointed and depressed! Much to my amazement and frustration, my sweater is MUCH smaller then expected.
The worst part? The supposed "measurements" for the sweater were provided in the description on the website! Because I had the measurements in front of me and could compare to my own measurements, I placed the order with DressVe having a fair bit of confidence. Obviously, that step was proven futile because they were still in 'Asian' sizes any ways!
*I am currently in the middle of discussing my options with a customer service rep. Going on day 3 now. I feel the language barrier doesn't help.. Her responses are very poorly written and she just seems to repeat herself constantly."
