"I made an order of over $60 recently -June 16- from doctorvitaminstore.com. I received part of the order on June 24th. They shorted me $30 worth of a supplement that helps me control my diabetes. I e-mailed them twice since then - once on June 28 and then again on July 6 asking politely for the status of the remaining items on my order. I have heard nothing back from this company concerning my order. I can understand if they are out of a certain supplement because that happens, but to totally ignore a problem that a customer has is not only irresponsible but unethical, as well. I have had trouble receiving previous orders from this merchant, and fool that I am, trusted them yet again to deliver on their promise to provide what I paid for. "I am so happy with this company!!! I ordered my supplements on Thursday, they were shipped on Friday and I just received them today. I called the company before I placed my order and the woman I spoke to explained that they do not pre-make their supplements but instead they make them as the order comes in. I knew there might be a little bit of a delay for them to make my order but I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw they were shipped the next day after I ordered them. I ordered from this company specifically because they do not use any preservatives, artificial coloring, corn, etc. If I had to wait a little, I was willing to because it was important to not have any magnesium stearate and to have my supplement be as pure as possible. "This company is awfull, i orderd the product on April 10th, as of May 14th still have not recieved it. Called and not customer service skilled at all. My confirmation states to be shipped UPS they sent it US mail, and wanted me to track the package.
