"I bought a Stuhrling watch for my wife's birthday gift. However, the watch date functions did not work out of the box. When contacted, The Discount Watch Store Customer Service Department said I'd have to contact Stuhrling directly to request warranty coverage (why do I need warranty coverage for a new purchase???). There was no warranty information, Stuhrling contact information, etc., in the box so I contacted The Discount Watch Store Customer Service Department a second time to see if they could assist me in contacting Stuhrling but this request was ignored.
I have a non-working watch and I am expected to contact the manufacturer to fix - why would I ever shop here again?"
"The price for the Luminox F-22 Raptor was very good, shipping was quick too. I did however receive the wrong watch. I ordered the raptor with the picture showing a black bezel, I received a Luminox F-22 Raptor with a silver bezel. Even though I actually wanted the silver bezel over the black, it was still not the product that was pictured on the sight. I have another Luminox F-22 Raptor and I compared them and can confirm this is the real deal. The first one cost me $650 on Amazon and this one I paid only $299.70 with free shipping! The shipping label was very incorrect and luckily I went to my post office to see what happened to the package. They were just about to send it back because of an insufficient address which was nowhere near my actual address that I had input. "

It is black Friday, they sent me coupon and offer for 97% off. I went to their website. I found a couple of nice prices watches for me and my wife. I was lucky enough to capture screenshot to share with my wife.
After I added the watches to the bag, I noticed the price much higher that I expected. I'm not person to review the order and their system doesn't do that. I smelled something fishy here, so I reviewed the order and I found almost duplicate the price of one of the watches.
I contacted them and hope they understand what is the situation and explain to me, but they said it a system glitch and the high is the right one. I'm working on this industry and I know when a mistake happened as a company like to have food business practices in the field. They have to honor the prices they offered to attract the client with. Their basic answer, it a system glitch and we are sorry we will not be able to honor the price published and you can reach the terms and conditions!!

This seller engages in shady activity. I tried to purchase a watch from this seller. I first contacted them to confirm that the watch model that was pictured on their site was identical to the watch I would receive. They said that the logos / graphics on the watch face were different then the watch pictured without explanation. When I asked what the difference between the two watches were, they said "everything else with the watch is about the same".
I noticed that they advertised a Lowest Price Guarantee. I completed the price match form with the required information.
I received an email shortly after indicating that my price match request was declined because they were out of stock. When I rechecked the status of the item, it was changed to "sold out". Within an hour, the status had changed on the watch back to "in stock". I contacted them to confirm availability and about my price match request. However, I was told that they were out of stock. When I rechecked the status of the item, it was changed to "sold out". This occurred three times in the same day!
It is highly unlikely that this watch was in an out of stock three times in the same day. A more likely scenario is they did not want to match the price but could not tell the truth as it would conflict with their so called "Lowest Price Guarantee" policy.
In short, I purchased else ware as discountwatchstore.com lost my trust and me as a future customer.

Although a waterproof watch, the stainless steel back developed rust. Not the shop's fault!
I asked them about returns and they had to be done in accordance with Amazon policy. A little cumbersome but ok i guess.
I shipped the watch back and put a note in it asking them to refund my postage as well.
Got an email today saying they received the package and they are refunding everything including the postage I paid.

"I recently buy the ORIENT automatic watch from this seller. But it gives me doubt about the authenticity of the watch. They claimed to be the authorised dealer but wit the watch which they supplied to me DOES NOT have any warrently card from the ORIENT. Instead, they said they provide the warrently from Watch store not from ORIENT.
So, don;t buy the watches from this it may be fake."
