Kind of wondering if the mailmen assigned the selected areas I chose actually delivered the post cards.

"i had placed an order for postcards to be delivered and already had been designed, however when they sent me the proofs the design was completely altered on one side and did not match up at all. The cards were sent out with a business reply card to send back and they edges were not perforated for the customer to tear off and return. Instead the client has to use scissors. I was informed it would be perforated and I was not happy due to the fact that the more work the customer has to do, the less likely they are to return, which ultimately impacts my return of investment. I was happy with my representative and he went out of his way to help."
