"I ordered an Olympus C-5060 camera online, they had the lowest price I could find. Their website states that all their items are new, come with manufacturer's original packaging and accessories, and USA warranty. After placing the online order, I got an e-mail asking me to call "Jordan" at their toll-free # to discuss the order. I called, he said purpose of the call was to verify my identity, to prevent credit card fraud. He then proceeded to hard-sell me a 5-year extended warranty (supposedly from Olympus), and a spare "High capacity" battery. The total price still seemed good, so I agreed. The order arrived 2 days later. The camera was wrapped in a plain piece of bubble-wrap, and was inserted in a plain cardboard box. The box had a photopied (B&W) Olympus label stuck on the outside. There was no manufacturer's warranty, the extended warranty was from "MACK", not Olympus, and the battery was a generic one,the label did not indicate "high-capacity". They try to make it next to impossible to comply with their return procedures in a timely manner, although I finally nagged them sufficiently that I got a return authorization. They received my return over two weeks ago,I still don't have a credit on my credit card account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
