"I had a bad experience with nine fans I ordered from Del Mar. The problem was escalated to the fan manufacturer who was no help at all. Del Mar determined the fans were defective and took over the problem. Del Mar stepped up and worked with me to get all nine fans replaced with fans from a different manufacturer. I cannot say enough about how refreshing it was to work with a company that is so focused on customer satisfaction. The new fans are working great by the way!"
