"I normally don't write reviews, but I have pretty much had it with this place. I placed an order for Beats headphones (the purple Justin Beiber ones) on Nov. 25, 2011, and they immediately debited my account. On Dec. 8th, I had yet to receive them (or hear anything about my order), so I emailed customer service and got an automated reply. A few hours later I got a reply from Jonas Joseph saying:
"Your order will get ship tomorrow (which would have been Dec. 9th), You'll have it within 2-3 days after we ship it.".
Well it's now Dec. 21 and I still do not have headphones. There is no customer service phone number to call, and I have spent hours online trying to find one. I e-mailed customer service AGAIN and got the following automated reply:
"We Out of beats. We're are expecting a stock to come but due to holiday shipment are very slow.
ALL BEATS ORDER WILL GET SHIP OUT ON WEDNESDAY(2-3 DAYS DELIVERY) SO YOUR ORDER WILL BE THERE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. PLEASE BE PATIENT!

Well, today is Wednesday, and I really doubt my order ships. In fact, I doubt I will ever see the headphones or a refund of my $110. It looks to me like I got scammed. Live and learn I guess - when it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I should have known better. Now I'm out $110 and my daughter doesn't have her "big" Christmas gift.

"I ordered Dr. Dre Monster Beats Headphones (Black) on Nov. 27th, 2011. On Dec. 12th I received "WHITE" headphones from them. They refused to pay my $9.80 postage back. Now, here it is December the 20th. 5 days before Christmas and they still have not shipped my black headphones to me. They said that they did not ship them to me last week because they ran out. But, they are still selling them on there web site! They have my money and I have no gift for my Grandson for Christmas.
