This company does not invoice. Recieved a copy of order form with Fedex shipment arrived 22 December. Recieved less than 1/2 of the order. Company substituted part of order with incorrect items and ommited part of total order. Contact information Non-existent. Thier web page has been down for several months to avoid percieved severe logistical problems. I believe this company is operating on a shoestring budget and cannot meet unexpected demand. I would shop elsewhere in the future. You will pay more for the products, but at least you will have the product. "
"I ordered Adobe Photoshop on October 14th, 2004. I was informed by the company on October 25, 2004, after numerous follow-ups, that the order should be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Today, December 18, 2004, I am still waiting for my order. There has been no response to my emails to the company and their telephone line does not respond.

"Ordered windows xp and office. Great price $129 for both. But it took them like 2 weeks to ship it when the site says 3 days. They said it shipped about a week after i ordered it, then actually shipped it a few days later. Totally frustrating but got what i wanted in the end for a good deal so they get an ok rating. "
