"G Scooter....nice gas scooter...This scooter has no Vehicle Identification Number, required in New York State to ride in ANY public area! I assumed that I was buying a Legal vehicle and would have no problems with its use. They put one over on me. Contact with the seller "Ciphergames" has resulted in no help. I cant legally ride the scooter as I wanted to use it when I go to state parks etc. I have one leg and had hoped this would help me to get around."
