"On June 8th I bought my full motorcycle gear based on recommendation from my friend. The person who helped at the beginning was very helpful and gave us very good service, detailed explanation about the products (I think his name was Joel).
But unfortunately he had to go on break. We went to cashier who was unhelpful/unpleasant to deal with.
The $500 helmet I bought had layer of dust, I asked him if he can spray it and shine it for me, instead he took some dirty towel and wiped the dust of it and ignored my request to spray it.
I also asked if he can give me a bag to put all my gear items(helmet, shoes, gloves and jacket) he didn’t have any! I mean if you spend $1100 at a store at least be nice to your customers. I’m very disappointed"

"I bought a new helmet last week, as I lost some weight and my old helmet was now loose, and the sales guy took his time to help me find the right helmet. I also added a BT system which he installed and hid everything perfectly. I went home and walked around with the helmet on for about 15-20mins, and determined that the sizing was very close but all of a sudden super hard and painful to get back off. I went back the next morning at opening, and after I explained my situation, he said no problem and walked right over to the helmets. We ended up going with an Arai and 1 size up. He switched over the BT without even asking. I continued shopping in the store while that was taking place, which took about 15 mins. I am not from California, and I am just here to work for a while. I will continue to shop online with them, as their customer service is hard to find in this day and age. "
