"I bought a tire from Cycle Gear Kansas which provided me with great assistance with the purchase but couldn't install it with the allowed time. I took the tire, the used bare rim to the OKC store and asked them to mount the purchased tire from CycleGear Kansas and balance. I also asked them to check the rim for leaks and condition on their balancer since it was a used bare rim. When the wheel assembly was finally installed on the bike, the wheel is bent to an extent that the steering wobbles uncontrollably at 30 mph. It made me so angry, because I payed CycleGear OKC to balance it. They should have told me that it was excessively out of shape, although he did throw on a couple of balance weights on the wheel anyway to make his money. I trusted CycleGear OKC. I do not recommend this tire installer at any store."
