"I have been to many Cycle Gear locations and never have I had bad service. The expertise is usually what brings me to them instead of Harley. I placed a hold over the phone, on a helmet I really wanted. This was the only location that had it. I showed up and was not greeted at the door. I walked around for 10 mins until I seen the helmet at the cashier’s desk with my name on it. Great right? No!! Still no help so I went to the register and said I would like to purchase it. The cashier never asked if I needed help or was satisfied. I had to request for the helmet bag and box that it comes with. They just gave me a random shoei box, not for the one I purchased. Then I proceeded to ask can they put my communication device on the new helmet and I was told I would have to go buy some 3M Tape. Cycle Gear is known for attaching your communication devices to your purchases. However, this is the first one I’ve been to that I have been told to go purchase 3M Tape. This location did not live up to the values of Cycle Gear. "
