To manage to convert the $10 I received via email to a gift card, then apply it to the order I was purchasing. Seems like a complicated process & the cashier had never done it previously. I was trying to beat a cold front with rain that was coming in so I could get home w/o getting wet (of course I was on my motorcycle). I didn’t make it! Missed by about 5 minutes."
