I said ok, but if it comes off again I'm going to exchange it for the Snell rated one without the drop down visor. They refused in store saying it wasn't a defect that it's "normal" to come off like that. That it's a replacement part and is made to come out. Although she not customer service could find a replacement visor for it...? Really?! What a joke. I called customer service and they said they would out notes in because there is no reason it shouldn't have been exchanged. I go back to the store and the manager totally lies to the lady she was on the phone with about what all was said, right in front of me. Then laughs with the **** the phone about the whole situation. I won't be going back to purchase anything from them again."
