"A helmet is like shoes, you really need to try it on. So we went to the store to check out the selection. Staff was helpful as usual. The size of model of helmet I wanted wasn’t in stock, so we ordered it. Just came to the house so tomorrow I will fit the liners."

"Took my rim in to get a new tire installed when I took my bike out the whole bike started shacking. So I got the bike back home and as soon as I started looking at the tire I noticed they installed it Incorrectly .I noticed a quarter of the tire was not even beaded. I was Speechless. It also had 12 Weights on my rim which is more weights than I’ve ever seen put on a rim I guess the guy kept adding weight not even realizing that it was counterbalancing where he didn’t bead it properly. So on Easter Sunday I had to spend half my day jacking my bike back up once again and pulling the rim off. I called and spoke with the manager I was not very happy and honestly I did not wanna deal with them after that but my hands were kind of tied. The manager said they would fix it free of charge. I am speechless that they didn’t offer a complete refund for my inconvenience and also that could’ve made me wreck my bike. Safe to say I will not ever be returning to cycle gear apparently they have people putting tires on bikes that do not pay attention. This is not a car tire this is a motorcycle tire it needs to be done by professionally trained people. Refund my money "
