"Gave me wrong size tire cause it was tagged incorrectly. Had to return it for correct size. As consideration for the mistake they installed on my rim n/c. They suggested I purchase a new tube just because. Turns out tube was bad. A long frustrating day."

"He couldn't pop a bead on two different tires for my Harley. Refused to give my money back. I took my tire to a shop. The tire was on backwards. Took to the Wells Rd store. Manager fixed it and stated I should call corporate. Got it installed and the abs sensor is damaged. Never reported it. Should have. Went in last Friday to buy gloves for girlfriend for cert course. Got wrong size. She went back next day to do a simple exchange. He took her to $80 gloves. She insisted she just wanted a size exchange. He ask her who her boyfriend was and stated if he was her boyfriend shed be in these absurd, plastic knuckle street gloves. That's what my 5'5" girlfriend left with. I had to stop a huge project, go with her to the store, politely with firm intent remind him what he did to me last December. I told him she needed her proper gloves and he needed to find his integrity. Me, notr ANy, of my Harley people will so much as enter the threshold of this store again. By the way, Cycle Gear should offer to fix my ABS sensor he screwed up because he cant even mount a tire.....✌"
