"Came here years ago when I was 19 with my first bike purchase. I ended up not buying anything but the staff was so enthusiastic about helping me and took the time to help me with anything I asked and even helped me think about things I never considered. After a break from riding Iv recently got another bike and returned to this location and was greeted the same way I was 5 years ago. They were super happy to help me, constantly making jokes and keeping it lively and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Bought my new helmet through them even though Amazon has it cheaper and will purchase my Bluetooth despite cheaper Amazon prices simply due to the fact I want to support this business and make sure they are here to stay. The customer service and little details of being able to reserve gear online and try it in the store is second to none. The gentleman I worked with (I can not remember his name. He is retired I believe from a medical/insurance career) is fantastic and I highly recommend him!
