"I had an off road tire to be changed. The website says it requires a new tube for street tires, though mine is off road...and I did not want a new tube since my tube was not very old. I was forced to buy a tube and when I got home I found out why. The only thing wrong with my old tube was that they pinched it removing the old tire from the rim. Nice way of saying we are bad at removing tires and we are charging you for a new tube so we don't have to apologize for our mistake. Thankfully the new tube is holding air. Other than that tire is done.. just an extra $20 missing from my wallet. I am a longtime customer, but I will not be returning to this location. "

"Went in to buy a bluetooth for my helmet. Sena or Cardo? Bought the Cardo per salesman's recommendations. Installation is free. I wanted to use the button mike but couldn't because my helmet is modular. Salesman installed the boom mike where just the end of it sticks out. Excellent service, good prices, do whatever to please the customer."
